Yesterday I rowed 23 km, and it didn’t seem that far. Which is really strange because last week I thought 21.1 km was a huge accomplishment. But the benchmark keeps changing as I continue to reach forward and farther along this training journey. What is challenging becomes normal, and the impossible becomes…simply another challenge.
